Go to pakrummy.im/register, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a strong password, confirm your date of birth and province, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Create Account. The whole process takes under 2 minutes and is completely free. No CNIC verification is required to start playing — identity checks happen only at your first withdrawal.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on PakRummy. This is a strict platform rule. When you register, you confirm that you meet the age requirement. PakRummy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18, voiding all play and returning deposited funds.
No. PakRummy allows one account per person. Registering multiple accounts — under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same payment method — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts are closed and associated balances are forfeited. One mobile number, one person, one account.

Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification via support — email support@pakrummy.im with your current mobile number, full name, and CNIC details. To permanently close your account, use the self-exclusion tool under Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, or email support@pakrummy.im requesting account closure. Your real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure is processed within 24 hours. Deposits & Payment Methods
Log in, go to the Cashier, and select Deposit. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay wallet transfers. For IBFT bank transfers and card payments the minimum is Rs 500. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no foreign currency conversions or hidden fees applied by PakRummy on deposits.
Wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) should arrive within 60 seconds. IBFT and card payments can take up to 15–30 minutes during peak hours. If your deposit has not appeared after these timeframes, check that the payment completed on your wallet or bank statement. If money left your account but has not credited to PakRummy, email support@pakrummy.im with your mobile number, transaction reference, and amount. Our team resolves missing deposits within 2 working hours.
PakRummy does not charge a fee on deposits from your side. What you deposit is what appears in your account. Your own payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges — check their terms. PakRummy does not control or receive these third-party fees.
Standard single-transaction limits vary by payment method. For most wallet transfers the maximum single transaction is Rs 50,000. Players can set their own personal deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — as a responsible gaming measure under Account Settings. Self-imposed limits are enforced immediately and increases require a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect.
Withdrawals & Payouts
Log in, go to Cashier → Withdraw, select your method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT), enter the amount, and confirm. First-time withdrawals require a one-time CNIC verification — upload a clear photo of both sides of your CNIC. Once verified, all subsequent withdrawals process without additional checks. For verified accounts, withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically processed within 1–4 hours. IBFT bank transfers take 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing times. VIP Gold tier and above players receive priority withdrawal processing. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours may be processed on the next working day.
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers. You can only withdraw real money funds — bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
Withdrawals can be declined for the following reasons: CNIC verification is incomplete, the withdrawal destination does not match the depositing payment method, there is an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements on the balance, or there is a pending security review on the account. CNIC verification is a one-time requirement that confirms your identity and ensures withdrawals go to the correct account holder. It protects you from unauthorised withdrawals from your account. Once completed, you will never be asked to verify your identity again on PakRummy unless your account details change. The process takes under 5 minutes and your CNIC images are handled securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
Bonuses & Promotions
New PakRummy registrations receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. Deposit Rs 1,000 — play with Rs 2,000. Deposit Rs 50,000 — play with Rs 100,000. The bonus is credited automatically and instantly after your first qualifying deposit. It is valid for 7 days from the time of crediting. Wagering requirements mean you need to bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, if the welcome bonus has a 20x wagering requirement and you received Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in bets using the bonus balance before withdrawing. Your account dashboard shows your live wagering progress so you always know how far you have come.
During registration at Step 2, there is an optional "Referral / Promo Code" field. Enter your code there before completing registration. Promo codes already linked to your account via a referral are applied automatically. Codes cannot be added to an account after registration is complete, so make sure to enter it during sign-up if you have one.

If a bonus expires before its wagering requirements are met, the remaining bonus balance is removed from your account. Any real money winnings generated while the bonus was active that are already in your real money balance are unaffected — only the unconverted bonus balance is forfeited. Every player who makes a first deposit automatically enters the PakRummy VIP Club at Bronze tier. Real money bets across all games earn VIP points. VIP points are reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis. Tier status is maintained as long as you continue playing at the level that earned it. Extended inactivity — typically 90 days without a real money bet — may result in tier review. During a self-imposed cooling-off period your tier and accumulated points are preserved. Account Security
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered mobile number and click Send OTP. You will receive a one-time code via SMS within 60 seconds. Enter the code, set a new password, and log in immediately. If you are not receiving the OTP, check you are entering your number in the 11-digit Pakistani format (03XXXXXXXXX) and that your SIM is active. Contact support@pakrummy.im if the issue persists.
Log in and go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Toggle 2FA on. From that point, each login will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password. This significantly strengthens account security. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA, especially if you keep a balance in your account between sessions.
Contact support@pakrummy.im immediately. In your email, state your registered mobile number, confirm the suspicious activity you noticed (e.g., unrecognised login, missing balance, changed details), and request an immediate account lock. Our security team will freeze the account within the hour, investigate the activity, and contact you with their findings and recovery steps.
No. PakRummy will never ask for your password through any channel — SMS, email, live chat, or phone. We send OTPs for login and password resets but these are one-time codes, not requests for your account password. If you receive any message asking for your PakRummy password, it is not from us. Do not respond to it and report it to support@pakrummy.im immediately.
Responsible Gaming
Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Set your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period before they apply — this prevents impulsive decisions during a losing session from bypassing a protection you set yourself. Your account is closed within 24 hours, your balance is returned to your registered payment method, and your details are flagged to prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion is irreversible. Yes. Use the Cooling-Off Period tool under Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Choose a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the cooling-off period your account is fully suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. The period runs its full course and cannot be ended early. Your balance, VIP points, and account data are all preserved for when the period ends.
