These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PakRummy and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. Using PakRummy means you accept these terms in full.
The most important things to know before reading the full terms
PakRummy is strictly for adults. Registering requires you to be at least 18 years of age. We verify age during account creation and withdraw processing. Accounts found to be registered by minors will be permanently closed and funds returned to the registered payment method.
Each player may hold only one active PakRummy account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, or same device — are not permitted and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended without payout.
Promotional bonuses credited to your PakRummy account carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Real money deposits and their winnings are always freely withdrawable. Wagering terms are disclosed at the time each bonus is claimed.
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software or bots, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited. PakRummy uses dedicated monitoring systems. Accounts found in violation are suspended immediately, all balances are forfeited, and no appeal is available in confirmed fraud cases.
For security purposes, withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit — whether Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card. Changing your withdrawal method requires identity re-verification through our support team.
PakRummy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates are published on this page with the revision date noted. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Registered players will be notified of material changes.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of PakRummy, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you are using PakRummy on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. If you do not have that authority, or if you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.
These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
To register and use PakRummy you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
PakRummy reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is completed.
Each individual player may register and maintain only one active account on PakRummy at any time. The existence of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination — is a material violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended without payout of any balance.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to keep your registration details up to date at all times. PakRummy is not responsible for any losses or complications arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PakRummy support immediately at support@pakrummy.im.
PakRummy strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While not mandatory, 2FA provides a significant additional layer of security, particularly for withdrawal requests.
CNIC Verification: A one-time identity verification using your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard anti-fraud measure that protects both you and the integrity of the platform. Verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All deposits on PakRummy are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. PakRummy does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees applied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay; Rs 500 for IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to additional limits at higher daily volumes — refer to the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current figures.
Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically credited to your PakRummy wallet instantly upon payment confirmation. IBFT deposits are subject to standard bank processing times of 1–4 hours. Card deposits are usually credited within 5–10 minutes following 3D Secure authentication.
PakRummy only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
PakRummy reserves the right to decline any deposit at its absolute discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other illegitimate activity. Deposits that cannot be credited due to technical or security reasons will be returned to the original payment source.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your PakRummy account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:
Withdrawal processing times are determined by your VIP tier: Bronze accounts within 24 hours; Silver within 8 hours; Gold same day; Platinum within 30 minutes; Diamond immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These times reflect PakRummy's processing commitment. For IBFT and card withdrawals, your bank's own posting timeframes apply in addition.
PakRummy does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The full amount requested will arrive at your payment account without deduction by PakRummy. Any applicable charges from your bank or wallet provider are outside our control.
PakRummy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable security or anti-fraud concerns. Providing false documentation is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
PakRummy offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point each offer is claimed. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers on PakRummy:
PakRummy reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is claimed under fraudulent circumstances — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts for bonus farming — the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account suspended.
The PakRummy VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Participation in the VIP Club is open to all registered players who are in good standing. VIP Points are accumulated from real-money bets placed on any game at a rate of 10 points per Rs 1,000 wagered. Points accumulate during promotional periods at the rates specified for those periods.
Tier upgrades occur automatically when a player reaches the required point threshold for the next tier. Tier downgrades may occur at the end of each calendar quarter if the minimum activity requirement for the current tier has not been maintained. Players are notified of upcoming tier changes via their registered contact details.
VIP benefits — including enhanced withdrawal processing times, cashback percentages, personal account manager access, and exclusive promotions — are specific to each tier and are provided at PakRummy's discretion. PakRummy reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, tier thresholds, or point accumulation rates at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. VIP Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Abusing the VIP programme through artificial wagering patterns, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any other method designed to accumulate VIP Points without genuine gameplay intent will result in immediate tier demotion to Bronze, forfeiture of all accumulated points, and may result in full account suspension.
PakRummy operates on the principle of fair play for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
PakRummy uses sophisticated monitoring and risk management systems to detect irregular play patterns. Investigations are conducted confidentially. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, PakRummy reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement and financial crime authorities.
All bets placed on PakRummy are binding once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that a bet is placed correctly before confirming. PakRummy does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except as provided by specific in-game features such as cash-out options where available.
In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game, bet, or spin, the relevant rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to the player. PakRummy is not liable for any consequential loss arising from such technical interruptions.
For sports betting, odds are set by professional traders and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, your bet is locked at the odds displayed at the time of placement. PakRummy reserves the right to void bets placed on events where odds were published in error or where the event is subsequently found to have been subject to fixing or manipulation by external parties.
All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators supplied by licensed third-party game developers. PakRummy does not control or influence game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as published by the respective game developers.

All financial transaction data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. Card payment details are processed through certified third-party gateways and are never stored on PakRummy's own servers. You may exercise your data rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting support@pakrummy.im.
PakRummy provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. PakRummy shall not be liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PakRummy's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Players may close their PakRummy account at any time by submitting a closure request to support@pakrummy.im. Closure requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement are forfeited upon account closure.
PakRummy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to forfeit any associated balance, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by PakRummy due to a breach of these Terms, the closure decision is final. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended due to a system error — rather than a genuine Terms violation — may appeal by contacting support@pakrummy.im with full details.
PakRummy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, bonus conditions, or withdrawal rules — PakRummy will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered contact details where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of PakRummy following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current version. PakRummy accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience resulting from a player's failure to review updated Terms.
